Arrive at Thessaloniki airport, where you’ll be greeted by your guide and driver. After a 30-minute transfer, arrive in the city center and check into your hotel. After breakfast, meet your guide for a walking tour of Thessaloniki. Visit significant historical sites and explore the old town, “Ano Poli.” At noon, you can either enjoy free time for lunch and museum visits (e.g., Byzantine Art Museum) or join a local chef for a culinary exploration (optional, not included).
Travel to the ancient Kingdom of Macedonia, following the footsteps of Alexander the Great. With your French-speaking guide, visit the sites of Vergina, including the lavishly decorated palace and the royal necropolis.
